Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measurements, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary.

Designers support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

• Welcome customers to the store and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs
• Provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measurements, and meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations
• Monitor and restock samples and brochures to ensure showroom readiness
• Support store appearance by maintaining displays that are appealing and safe
• Contribute to store and department goals by aligning with the three priorities:
  Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance
