Summary
Description:
Operation of forklifts and hand-operated industrial lifts to move items within the facility and load/unload trucks. Cooler requires stacking boxes of products and moving items inside the facility.
- Cooler-Stacks boxes of product, moves items inside the facility
- Forklift Operator-Operates powered and hand operated industrial lift trucks to move items safely throughout the facility and load/unload trucks.
- Follow the written specification for packaging and labeling of products.
- Physically inspects all packaging for condition and proper labeling.
- Identify and report any suspicious or abnormal situations to their immediate supervisor or plant management official.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 6+ months of experience operating forklift, pallet jack or similar equipment
- Must be able to stand/walk 100% of the work day.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb steps.
- Must be comfortable working in organic conditions.
