• Scale support of several data center locations and provide day‑to‑day assistance management.
• Manage work and priorities through aing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects.
• Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution as directed by Network Leadership and Technical Project Managers.
• Leverage experience supporting large‑scale, enterprise‑class networks as well as network implementation and troubleshooting.
• Specifying Power and Cooling requirements and ensuring hardware racking/stacking completed for new equipment.
• Participate in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
• Assist in developing innovative ways to automate and scale the next‑generation networks.
• Assist in troubleshooting networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
• Work in environments that operate 24/7 with ability to participate in primary responder rotation and provide after‑hours support as needed.
• Work in cramped, elevated, or noisy environments.
• Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand, and walk for up to 8+ hours a day.
• Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation.

Traveling within and outside of regional work area is required. Candidates must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.

• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
