Responsibilities- Lead the guest experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
- Be the solution by handling guest concerns and providing resolution to their satisfaction

- Be in the know by offering expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features
