About the Role

The Operator performs tasks involving the operation of heavy construction equipment to accomplish assigned daily work tasks on the project site.

Primary Responsibilities

• Completion of assigned duties on the project site.
• Operation of heavy equipment, including skid steer, bulldozer, and excavator.
• Ensure that machines are working at full capacity and are well maintained.
• Adherence to the work site safety program; identify and report any unsafe behavior on the site or hazardous conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 5-7 years heavy equipment operation experience.
