* ** _STARTING PAY RANGE for this role IS $18 - $22 PER HOUR AND COULD INCREASE FROM THERE DEPENDENT UPON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD._*
* ** Enhancement Landscape Laborer*
* Looking for an opportunity where success comes naturally? Then you may have found your crew. We're looking for an Enhancement Landscape Laborer to join our team.

** You'd be responsible for:*
* + Performing landscape construction operations.

+  
** Operating heavy, medium, and small sized construction equipment (front end loader, skid loader, backhoe, excavator, dump truck, construction trailer, hand held cutting and compaction devices).*
* +  
** Ensuring safety practices are followed on and off the job site.*
* +  
** Ensuring equipment is safely loaded and secured for transport to and from job sites.*
* +  
** Communicating with your supervisor any job site needs, changes, and issues.*
* +  
** Ensuring that the quality standards of the company are abided by.*
* ** Additionally, employees are expected to abide by all internal control & compliance practices to:*
* +  
** Safeguard assets from theft and misuse*
* +  
** Ensure segregation of duties to minimize fraud.*
* +  
** Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulation.*
* +  
** Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information*
* +  
** Periodically reconcile physical assets to accounting records*
* ** And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:*
* +  
** Chauffer's License with DOT Med Card.*
* +  
** Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.*
* +  
** Ability to perform multiple forms of landscape construction ranging from basic tree and plant installations, larger landscape construction installations, hardscape installations.*
* +  
** Ability to lift weight exceeding 50 lbs.*
* +  
** Ability to problem solve on the job and adapt to site changes as they arise.*
* +  
** Sufficient experience operation heavy, medium, and small construction equipment.*
* +  
** Ability to work in extreme conditions - temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.*
* +  
** Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.*
* +  
** Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.*
