Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school psychologist is needed to support K-12 students in a full-time or part-time onsite position in Ypsilanti, MI. The role begins as soon as possible and continues through June 5, 2026. This contract opportunity involves working directly within the school environment to provide psychological services that support student learning and well-being.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and staff to develop intervention strategies
- Supporting Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation
- Providing counseling and crisis intervention when necessary
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records
Qualifications:
- Active and valid Michigan School Psychologist license
- Masters degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Experience working in school settings is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Ypsilanti, MI
