Fence Installation Supervisor – Middleborough, MA

Full-time, Day Shift | $25–$35/hr

We are seeking a skilled, hands‑on Fence Installation Supervisor to lead a crew in installing wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental, and specialty fencing systems. This field‑based role requires both leadership and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

Supervising and participating in daily installations, reading blueprints and layouts, managing crew performance, maintaining tools and equipment, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring all work meets quality standards.

Essential functions include working in a non‑temperature controlled environment and working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week.

Qualifications

3+ years fencing installation experience; prior leadership or foreman experience preferred; mechanical aptitude; ability to operate power tools and equipment; lift up to 75 lbs.; work outdoors in all weather.
