• Larger additions and major framing typically subcontracted
• Candidate must understand the full remodeling lifecycle even when not self-performing all scopes

• Bilingual:
  Spanish or Portuguese
• Long tenure in high-end residential remodeling environments
• Prior experience acting as the sole onsite representative

• Typical successful candidates have 15–25+ years of experience
• Typically one trade contractor onsite at a time
• Trade crews range from 1–6 depending on phase
• Rarely more than ~10 people onsite

• Acton, MA is the hub
• Typical radius: ~30–45 minutes
• Occasional work as far as Worcester
• $40–$45/hour (top end expected for strong candidates)
• Medical: equivalent contribution toward family plans, medical value roughly equivalent to ~$3/hour
