Hours
: 2:00p – 10:30p

Pay
: $22.00/hourly USD

The Packaging Associate assists in the labeling and packaging activities inside and outside of semi-classified areas. Maintains equipment, operates production equipment, handles parts and supply inventors per Standard Operating Procedures.

• High level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Assist in the set-up of daily activities including set-up and staging of batches and materials.
• Document in batch records and logbooks.
• Meet Right First Time (RFT) metrics by reducing error/deviations and completing corrections in a timely manner.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs, cGMPs and the manufacturing schedule.
• Aid in inventory control by properly documenting components and materials used on corresponding paperwork.
• Be able to complete periods of standing up to 6 hours per shift and be able to frequently lift/move product materials during job shift (up to 40 lbs).
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 0-2 years’ related experience.
• Ability to frequently lift/move materials and objects (up to 40 lbs).
• Ability to work overtime on weekends as needed.
• Able to take direction and work on production requirements as needed (after training).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
• If needed, employee must have their prescription glasses within their first 7 days of employment.
• Ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner and to develop and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and management.
• Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, and accountability.
