Clubhouse Maintenance Assistant

Clubhouse Maintenance Attendant:

Blue Hill Country Club is looking for a Facilities Maintenance attendant who brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to assist with various maintenance functions throughout our facilities. These are regular, seasonal full-time positions, with the understanding that tasks can change from day to day, and overall responsibilities differ from season to season.

• Move furniture throughout the Club for various functions and activities.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Carry out a variety of tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager such as but not limited to painting, minor repairs, preventative building maintenance.
• Ensure the building is a safe and secure environment for the staff and members.
• Clean parking lot of trash.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms with proper chemicals and equipment including but not limited to floors, walls, and vents.
• Refilling of cleaning products, soaps, towels etc.
• Cleaning floors, including vacuuming rugs and mopping tile and hardwood.
• Clean windows, inside and outside.
• Washing walls, cleaning lights and light fixtures.
• Empty trash and place in proper receptacles.
• Washing, folding, and putting away pool towels.
• Any other duties assigned by the club management, not limited to the above.
• Clean and maintain pool deck, vacuum pool, clean pool bathrooms, fold towels etc.
• Organize pool deck when needed.
• Pool maintenance such as regularly scheduled water readings, pool vacuuming, checks filters, pump valves, gauges and vents.
• Visual inspection of pool and surrounding deck and general maintenance.
• Blow debris from entrance, walkways, patio etc.
• Operate golf cart for duties located within the Blue Hill property.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Good communication skills.
• Proven maintenance experience.
• Be able to work both independently and with a team.
• Subject to successful completion of background check and screening.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per work shift.
• Able to lift 45 lbs. independently and up to 120 lbs. With a team member.
• Able to withstand stress while working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple events occurring during the same work shift.
• Providing outstanding member experience through interpersonal skills and overall work ethic.

• Must have flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• 7AM-3:30 PM
