Training Analyst

The Training Analyst I is an onsite position based in Miami, FL 33134. This is a 6‑month contract assignment (W‑2) and you will help design comprehensive training programs for SAP implementations for the back‑office operations. You will report to the onsite Manager.

• Help design training materials for SAP items improving back office users
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with operational needs
• Collaborate in the development of multiple training modalities including eLearning modules, videos, simulations, job aids, and instructor‑led training materials
• Facilitate instructor‑led and virtual‑led training sessions for back office end‑users impacted by SAP implementations
• Support process documentation to capture workflows and system procedures
• Partner with SMEs and team members to gather requirements and validate training approaches
• Work with internal training team members to ensure consistency and quality across all training deliverables

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Experience in training design in a technical or utility environment
• SAP experience is helpful for this position
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, and Canva)
• Experience with training needs assessment and evaluating training effectiveness, collaboration
• Knowledge of change management principles
• Experience with multiple training modalities and adult learning principles

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $46.00/hr. to $51.00/hr.
