• Hands‑on experience with multiple Automation technologies, especially UiPath and Power Automate
• Architecture experience for the solutions
• Familiarity with REST/JSON APIs, SQL, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience with bot deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience working with 3rd‑party vendors and OEMs
• Understanding of contracts and SLAs
• Willingness to stretch and train based on customer needs

• Design and define platform strategy and automation governance framework
• Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for automation development and deployment
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements
• Finalize automation platform/strategy for the requirement and produce high‑level design
• Maintain and optimize existing automation bots
• Ensure adherence to security policies and best‑practice compliance in automation development

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 a Year
