As part of our mission to empower adults with physical disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health disorders, you'll provide invaluable in‑home and in‑community support.

While most client work occurs during regular daytime hours (9 AM–4 PM), we’re currently serving a client who schedules meetings later in the day. We’re looking for someone who can work flexibly within a 10 AM–6 PM timeframe to meet current and future client needs.

• Support individuals in learning, maintaining, or improving skills through their participation in a variety of activities of everyday life, including in their homes and in the community to improve their level of independence!
• Aid individuals in completing housing applications and accessing government assistance programs.
• Help with monthly budgeting and effective household management for daily necessities.
• Implement support strategies to achieve the individual's personalized goals!
• Submit accurate and complete daily progress notes for each shift worked with the individuals!

• Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of relevant community‑based experience.
• Valid driver's license and existing insurance.
• Must be willing to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community. We provide mileage reimbursement!
• Willing to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations including, but not limited to background checks, reference checks, and driving record checks.
• Must have flexible availability.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills!
