Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support
North End Motors in Canton MA has been servicing New England customers since 1986. North End Motors is a large preowned superstore with a high volume, fast paced and robust service dept servicing 100's of retail service customers per month. We are looking for only one service advisor to join our 2 other team members, preferably with previous experience to help meet demand.
It is important to us that the potential candidate has good character, professionalism, a positive demeanor and strong communication skills. If it is time for a change from where you're then North End Motors can be more than a career, it can be your new home.
Base salary starts at $900 per week with a progressive monthly bonus program that begins at 3.25% and escalates to 5.25% based on production. We promote great customer service and give an incentive in the form of a monthly CSI bonus that starts at .75% all the way up to 1.5% which can effectively turningthe 5.25% to 6.75%. We offer an ELR monthly bonus up to $650 and as we go as a team we are rewarded as a teamup to a $500 teamachievement bonus.
The potential candidate's schedule will be Mon-Thurs 7:30am to 5:00pm, OFF on Friday and abbreviated Sat schedule of 7:30 to 1:30pm.
