No prior experience is required in our service centers.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address questions or concerns.
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for potential issues.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Keep track of inventory and ensure supplies are readily available.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC Super Pro process for all services
- Achieve Super Pro certification
- Must have reliable transportation

- Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers
- Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed
- Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter
- Add oil to engine as specified by vehicle make/model
- Remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotation service
- Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline
- Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions
- Perform second checks by visually verifying and calling out services
- Able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles
- Move between catwalks and bays to access vehicle parts
- Work for extended periods with arms raised when performing under-vehicle work
- Position self to perform required services under the hood or under the vehicle
- Move/transport items up to 50 pounds
- Work with tools in tight or hard-to-reach areas
- Communicate verbally to ensure services are performed accurately and safely
- Work may occur inside and outside in varying temperatures
- Noise levels may be elevated requiring verbal communication to be heard
- Potential hazards include moving parts, moving vehicles, electrical hazards, high heat, and chemicals
- Atmospheric conditions may include fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, and restricted ventilation
- Work may require moving through narrow aisles or catwalks
