No prior experience is required in our service centers.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for potential issues.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
• Keep track of inventory and ensure supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Able to learn and follow the VIOC Super Pro process for all services
• Achieve Super Pro certification
• Must have reliable transportation

• Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers
• Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed
• Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter
• Add oil to engine as specified by vehicle make/model
• Remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotation service
• Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline
• Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions
• Perform second checks by visually verifying and calling out services
• Able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles
• Move between catwalks and bays to access vehicle parts
• Work for extended periods with arms raised when performing under-vehicle work
• Position self to perform required services under the hood or under the vehicle
• Move/transport items up to 50 pounds
• Work with tools in tight or hard-to-reach areas
• Communicate verbally to ensure services are performed accurately and safely

• Work may occur inside and outside in varying temperatures
• Noise levels may be elevated requiring verbal communication to be heard
• Potential hazards include moving parts, moving vehicles, electrical hazards, high heat, and chemicals
• Atmospheric conditions may include fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, and restricted ventilation
• Work may require moving through narrow aisles or catwalks
