Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

• Completes assessments of clients in crisis within ED of local hospitals to determine appropriate level of care
• Completes de‑escalation of clients with acute symptoms
• Screens and evaluates clients for higher level of care
• Completes clinical assessments and treatment plans for clients deflected from ED
• Completes referrals for follow up from ED or to inpatient psych facilities
• Works after hours on a rotating evening and weekend schedule

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Family Therapy or Human Services
• Bachelor’s Degree in a like field with 2 years’ work experience in a Behavioral Health setting
• High School Diploma and 5 years working experience in a clinical role in a behavioral health setting
