As a Software Engineer at PEAK 15, you will contribute to designing and developing front‑end and back‑end solutions that deliver great user experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, UI designers, and other developers to build and maintain applications that support our customers. This role also includes helping with production support and learning Dev Ops practices to improve our technology and processes.

You’ll assist in maintaining and updating existing applications, including supporting efforts to modernize them from .NET 4.7.2 to .NET 8 Core. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in an Agile environment while contributing to projects that make a difference.

• Develop and Maintain Applications:
  Implement front‑end and back‑end code, database scripts, and assist with production maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with Team Members:
  Work with product managers, UI designers, and other developers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Production Support:
  Help monitor and support production systems as part of the team.
• Learn and Apply Dev Ops Practices:
  Participate in testing and risk management, and contribute ideas for improving technology and processes.
• Application Modernization:
  Support efforts to update applications from .NET 4.7.2 to .NET 8 Core.

• Technical Foundation:
  Familiarity with web UI frameworks (Razor or React), C#, MSSQL, and an interest in learning cloud technologies like Azure.
