Work Wave builds AI‑powered service‑management software for field professionals. We seek a Solutions Engineer to support our sales team by articulating technical value and driving customer success with the new Wavelytics analytics suite.

• Build strong relationships with prospects and key customer accounts to support deal closure.
• Serve as the Wavelytics Product & Sales expert, skillfully answering technical and product questions throughout the sales cycle.
• Clearly articulate our competitive advantages of Wavelytics and AI, differentiating our solutions to buyers.
• Address data‑protection, AI best practices, and security considerations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to refine messaging around new features and maximize market impact.
• Develop and maintain sales playbooks aligned with product enhancements.
• Drive customer testimonials and case studies that highlight product success.
• Occasionally lead or support sales pursuits.

• 3+ years of experience supporting sales with data analytics and AI offerings.
• Strong ability to learn and articulate complex technology in a customer‑centric manner.
• Proven rapport‑building, needs‑analysis, and solution‑selling skills.
• Strategic, customer‑focused mindset with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

$120,000 – $240,000 per year base salary plus commission. The final offer depends on qualifications and budget.
