Training hourly pay range $18-$21, once trained $45k-$65k per year

- Building Relationships:
Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring they’re satisfied and loyal. - Managing Your Service Route:
Responsible for daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time management to stay on track. - Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
- Monitor termite bait systems.
- Problem-solve customer accounts for current and future needs.
- Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
- Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
- Safety First:
Maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle.
- Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.
- Training hourly pay range $18-$21, once trained $45k-$65k per year, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No Experience Required.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
- 1-2 years pest experience preferred.
The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
