Your responsibilities

• Building Relationships:
  Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring they’re satisfied and loyal.
• Managing Your Service Route:
  Responsible for daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time management to stay on track.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems.
• Problem-solve customer accounts for current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety First:
  Maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• 1-2 years pest experience preferred.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
