The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements.
• Conduct accurate counts for inventories and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Implement store price changes accurately and timely.
• Hang store signage, including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store during shifts.
• Read, write, and count for documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
