We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Landscape Fertilization Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional lawn care treatments for residential and commercial properties, ensuring healthy turf and landscapes through proper fertilization, weed control, and pest management. This role requires attention to detail, safe chemical application, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest control treatments in accordance with company standards and state regulations.
• Accurately measure, mix, and apply fertilizers and treatments.
• Monitor turf and landscape health, identifying issues such as weeds, pests, or disease.
• Maintain detailed service records and treatment reports.
• Operate and maintain fertilization and spray equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and lawn care recommendations.
• Follow all safety guidelines, chemical handling procedures, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous lawn care or fertilization experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
• Ability to learn and follow fertilization and chemical application procedures.
• Strong work ethic with a positive and professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license required.
