We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Unit Manager RN/LPN to join our team! As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing unit, providing clinical guidance and supervision to our nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of care
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for patient care and unit operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Identify and address any quality of care issues or concerns
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects

• Must have Georgia RN or LPN license
• Should possess patient-focused skilled nursing experience in a leadership role, superior communication skills, dependability, flexibility and the ability to lead a successful team.
• The ideal candidate should have prior Long Term Care experience, prior management experience, and demonstrate longevity in work history.
