• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ year experience in a mother‑baby, postpartum, or labor and delivery setting preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong interpersonal skills, focus on empathetic patient and family‑centered care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during the postpartum period, monitoring for signs of complications
• Administer medications as prescribed and perform routine assessments of maternal and newborn vital signs
• Offer emotional support and education to new mothers on infant care, breastfeeding, and post‑delivery self‑care, empowering families
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care during and after hospital stay
• Accurately document maternal and newborn assessments, interventions, and outcomes in line with hospital policies and procedures

Salary: $63,000 to $100,000 per year.
