Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring a GA or compact license, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications.
Responsibilities- Work in the labor, delivery, and recovery unit of a hospital
- Care for laboring mothers and newborns
- Night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- 13-week contract assignment
- No on-call required
- RTO (requested time off) must be submitted up front
- References will be required for compliance after initial consideration
- Must provide a badge photo upon offer acceptance
- Adherence to hospital dress and conduct policy is expected
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
- Current BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications required
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
- Permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break
