As a Charge Nurse
, you will:

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality resident care.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all infection control protocols.
• Lead by example—fostering teamwork, accountability, and compassion on every shift.

• Active GA RN License
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for caring for seniors and mentoring team members
