Where You Come In
We're looking for hands-on Stair Builders to join our production team and help us craft both standard and custom stair systems with precision and pride. In this role, you'll work with a variety of tools and materials to assemble stair components, maintain a clean and safe work area, and meet daily production goals. You'll report directly to the Production Manager and play a key part in delivering the quality our customers count on.

• Safely operate tools and equipment, including saws (circular, jig, reciprocating, and compound miter), planers, and pneumatic equipment, to build custom staircases.
• Organize stair and millwork supplies to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Perform other special projects and shop/warehouse duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
What You Bring
• Ability to measure materials and mark reference points, cutting lines, or other indicators accurately.
• Capability to work effectively in a high-paced team environment to meet daily production goals.
• Comfort working in a dusty and noisy environment while operating machines and tools.
• Physical ability to:
- Lift 65 pounds from ground level to standing position and 20 pounds above head.
- Pull 20 pounds from standing and kneeling positions, including above head.
- Stand and/or walk for an 8-10-hour shift.
- Frequently bend and stoop during an 8-10-hour shift.
• Entry-level position: background in physical labor preferred.
• Experience using multiple types of woodworking equipment is preferred.
Pay & Schedule
• 18-20 an hour, based on experience
• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
