Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Manager to support our production team in managing the field aspects of repair projects. Joining SRG means becoming part of a dedicated, fast-paced team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards, while maintaining clear communication between customers, project managers, and trade partners.

• Communication Excellence:
  Provide timely and accurate updates to customers, project managers, and trade partners regarding job progress and task completion.
• Scope Management:
  Maintain a detailed understanding of the contracted repair scope, document changes thoroughly, and assist in ensuring projects meet expectations.
• Job Site Quality:
  Oversee job sites to ensure work aligns with scope and company quality standards.
• Trade Partner
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with production management to cultivate and strengthen relationships with trade partners, ensuring quality control and timely invoice approval.
• Business Systems Proficiency:
  Develop and maintain proficiency in company business systems to streamline workflows and improve documentation.

• Minimum of 1 year construction experience; construction management preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to understand and manage repair scopes and documentation.
• Comfort and confidence using various technology platforms and business systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
