Job Description:

As a Warehouse Prep Associate at Takeuchi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and safety of our machinery throughout the shipping process. Your responsibilities will include:
* Loading and unloading machines from containers, flatbeds, and trailers with a focus on safety and efficiency.
* Preparing machines according to customer specifications.
* Reviewing orders prior to shipping to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Inspecting machines to ensure they meet our high standards before shipping to customers.## Qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
* Ability to perform tasks with the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
* Flexibility to work in various functions within the general warehouse.
* Proficiency in maintaining minimum performance standards while multitasking.
* Commitment to working safely and following all safety rules and procedures.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with Warehouse Management systems.
* Strong team player with proven ability to multitask.
* Proficient reading skills and attention to detail.
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Six months of distribution center experience preferred.
* Prior forklift experience preferred.

Physical Demands:

This position requires moderate to heavy physical effort, including:
* Sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, climbing steps or ladders.
* Grasping, fine and coarse manipulation, reaching both forward and above head level.
* Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
* Safely operating assigned machinery with no accommodations.
