IAM Contractor

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead Contractor to oversee the IAM workstream for the CEI–CCI divestiture project
. The selected candidate will design and execute the identity separation strategy, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless access management across both organizations. This role requires a strong balance of technical depth, leadership, and communication skills.

• Lead the IAM strategy and execution for the CEI–CCI divestiture initiative.
• Design and implement identity separation frameworks and policies.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure proper access governance.
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.
• Report regularly to leadership on progress, issues, and compliance matters.

• Deep expertise with IAM platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, Ping, and Sail Point .
• Proven track record leading IAM efforts in M&A or divestiture environments.
• Strong understanding of access governance, compliance, and risk management controls
  .
• Excellent program management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex topics to leadership clearly.
