What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build a high-functioning partner ecosystem capable of selling Fusion Cloud and Fusion Manage workflows
  • Develop repeatable sales plays and competitive positioning for partners to win new customers
  • Enable partner sellers through training, workshops, and joint customer engagements
  • Support partners in targeting and winning Emerging Business opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to align go-to-market motions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in partner sales, channel development, or business development in SaaS, cloud, or manufacturing tech
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows including CAD, CAM, CAE, data management, and PLM
  • Ability to influence partners and drive measurable sales performance
  • Experience building and executing repeatable programs and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong sales instincts with the ability to coach partners on qualification and pipeline creation

  • Experience working across multiple regions and time zones in a high-growth environment
  • Operational rigor with a data-driven approach to forecasting and performance management
