- Proven experience in partner sales, channel development, or business development in SaaS, cloud, or manufacturing tech
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows including CAD, CAM, CAE, data management, and PLM
- Ability to influence partners and drive measurable sales performance
- Experience building and executing repeatable programs and go-to-market strategies
- Strong sales instincts with the ability to coach partners on qualification and pipeline creation
- Experience working across multiple regions and time zones in a high-growth environment
- Operational rigor with a data-driven approach to forecasting and performance management
- Clear communication style and strong presence with executives
