CAD Drafter

Job Summary

CAD Drafter for a growing commercial construction fabrication company near Canton, GA. This role is responsible to create drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Microvellum. This is a permanent opportunity to join a growing team.

• Two (2) years of drafting/design experience
• Microvellum drafting experience
• Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Solidworks)
• Familiar with Millwork, Metal Fabrication, or Architectural drafting

Salary: $50,000 - 65,000 per year

Work hours:

8am to 4pm

Education:

High School

• Create drawings and designs using Microvellum to generate quality drawings and plans
• Ensure that all drafted materials meet project specifications, deadlines, and regulatory requirements
• Clarify design, build, and install requirements to resolve technical issues
• Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and schematics created by drafters
