• Develop and implement enrichment programs tailored to the needs of teens.
• Facilitate workshops and activities that foster life skills and personal development.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to teens, promoting positive relationships.
• Collaborate with local schools and organizations to enhance program outreach.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
• Organize community events that engage teens and promote social interaction.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
• Document participant progress and maintain accurate records.

• Bachelor s degree in Education, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with teens in a mentoring or educational capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive programming.
• Passion for youth development and community engagement.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Background check clearance required.
