Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Canton, Georgia. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to support daily operations and ensure seamless administrative processes. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, communication, and multitasking, contributing to both office efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments for radon testing and mitigation projects, coordinating technician availability and customer requests.

- Prepare and maintain job files, reports, and forms, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accurate recordkeeping.

- Assist the accounting team by managing billing, invoicing, and payment processing tasks.

- Manage office and field supply inventories, placing orders and working with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

- Provide logistical and documentation support to technicians working in the field.

- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and handling incoming mail.

- Support management with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

- Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or office management.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Familiarity with receptionist duties, including phone handling and customer service.

- Competence in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
