JR-Join our team and play a key role in driving financial accuracy, transparency and business insight across North America Tire (NAT). As a Senior Accountant, you will contribute to the integrity of consolidated financial statements while partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.### ### ### ### What You’ll Do
* Execute month-end closing routines related to intercompany consolidation.
* Support inventory valuation, customer sales programs and benefits accounting.
* Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
* Perform budget vs. actual, cash flow and balance sheet analysis.
* Support internal and external financial reporting requirements.
* Maintain compliance with internal controls in accordance with SOX.
* Support accounting and finance decision-making through analysis and presentations.### ### ### ### What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Auditing and/or Financial Analysis.
* Experience in a large corporate, manufacturing organization or public accounting firm preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and Hyperion Essbase.
* Understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks (SOX).
* Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.### ### ### ### What Will Set You Apart
