We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee strawberry and blueberry operations in Florida. This role requires strong production knowledge, proven team leadership (including managing H-2A workers), and solid financial and operational skills.

• Manage all phases of strawberry and blueberry production: planting, irrigation, nutrition, pest control, harvest, and post-harvest quality.
• Lead and supervise full-time, seasonal, and H-2A employees; ensure training, safety, and efficient workflows.
• Track budgets, costs, labor, and yields; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee equipment, vehicles, and irrigation systems; maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate supply purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.

• 5+ years managing commercial strawberry and blueberry operations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse labor teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, and performance metrics.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with farm equipment and irrigation systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Degree in ag or related field helpful but not required.
