Counterbalance Forklift Driver

HRGO Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver on behalf of our client based in Chartham, Canterbury. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a reliable, safety-focused individual looking to join a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Operating counterbalance forklifts to load and unload pallets of fruit
• Safely moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard
• Assisting with general warehouse duties, including stock control and inventory management
• Ensuring all forklift operations are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures

• Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
• Proven experience operating forklifts within a warehouse or logistics environment
• A strong team player with good communication skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Willing to assist with manual handling tasks when required
• Own transport is preferable due to the location of the sitE
