Key Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and verticals, focusing on SaaS and technology companies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract close.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and aligning MyOutreach solutions to achieve their objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, pricing, and business cases that clearly communicate value and expected outcomes.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecast accurately using CRM tools; maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Handle rejection professionally and persistently; adapt messaging, follow-up cadence, and approach to re-engage prospects.
- Gather and relay market and competitive insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably selling marketing, lead-generation, or SaaS solutions.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a complex sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled at consultative selling: able to diagnose client needs, position solutions, and articulate ROI.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and proficient with Excel/Google Sheets for forecasting and reporting.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
