Volunteer Area Coordinator – Big Heart Appeal Street Collection
We are looking for a Volunteer Area Coordinator to support the Heart Foundation’s biggest fundraiser of the year. The role will take place on Friday 27 & Saturday 28 February 2026, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support volunteer street collectors at the sites you oversee during the collection.
- Distribute and collect equipment (buckets, bibs, stickers) to/from volunteers and arrange pickup with the Heart Foundation the following week.
- Visit sites before and during the events to ensure smooth operation.
- Arrange banking of donated funds at your nearest ASB bank and serve as first point of contact for collectors, troubleshooting any issues.
