Are you organised, detail-focused, and love making things run smoothly? We're looking for a Planning & Performance Analyst to join a busy production team in Canterbury.
What you'll do:- Create daily and weekly production plans
- Make sure workers, materials, and machines are ready
- Adjust plans when things change or new orders come in
- Work with Sales to meet customer needs on time
- Track stock and deliveries
- Use planning software (ERP / MRP Prophet) to keep everything accurate
- Report on production performance and help improve processes
