We are working with a well-established, small independent fostering agency located near Canterbury, rated Good by Ofsted, who are now seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service into its next exciting phase of growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven fostering professional who wants to make a genuine impact, shape a service, and be part of a forward-thinking organisation with ambitious but realistic growth plans.

As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational leadership of the fostering service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and outcomes for children and young people.

• Providing strong, inspirational leadership to the fostering team
• Ensuring full compliance with fostering regulations, legislation, and Ofsted requirements
• Maintaining and improving the agency's Good Ofsted rating, with a clear pathway to Outstanding
• Overseeing recruitment, assessment, training, and support of foster carers
• Managing safeguarding, quality assurance, and service development
• Playing a key role in the agency's strategic growth and expansion plans

• An experienced Fostering Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of fostering legislation, standards, and best practice
• Confident working with Ofsted and leading inspections
• A child-focused, values-driven leader with excellent people skills
