• Drafting and reviewing wills, powers of attorney, and trusts
• Assisting with probate and estate administration
• Liaising with clients, executors, and other professionals
• Maintaining accurate records and case files
• Supporting solicitors in all aspects of private client work

• Previous experience in a private client or probate/paralegal role preferred
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
