Commercial Insurance Broker

£35,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience) + commission

East Kent (hybrid – 4 days in)

Barker Munro recruitment Ltd is supporting a leading commercial insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Insurance Broker to join its high‑performing Commercial Insurance Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the commercial Motor delivery clients, providing tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.

This role is ideal for someone currently operating within the commercial insurance sector who has a proven record of sales success, strong client relationships and a passion for delivering outstanding results. Skills

and Experience Required
  • A background in commercial insurance, with a proven ability to deliver both sales and service excellence
  • Knowledge of commercial fleet, delivery and/or HGV insurance (highly advantageous)
  • A proactive, client‑focused approach and the confidence to build and grow a personal sales book
