** About the Opportunity
** As part of our national Digital Services team, based in our Timaru offices, you'll support national digital health systems that operate 24/7. During usual business hours you will continue in our chosen technical field (e.g. networks or services). After-hours you will potentially leverage a broader set of skills and experience to provide on-site capability.

You'll work collaboratively with others to:
* Support and maintain critical digital systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a 24/7 environment
* Contribute across network, desktop, application, and infrastructure support as needed
* Support projects, change activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Help build and sustain a resilient, high-performing digital service

* Have experience across network, desktop, application, infrastructure, or technical support environments

* Work well in a collaborative, team-based environment
* Communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

You'll also bring:
* 3+ years' experience in IT operations or technical support roles
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* A relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience
* An understanding of, and commitment to applying, Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
