We are looking for an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and integration of the Infor Cloud Suite ERP platform across our organisation. This role is central to our ERP transformation journey, ensuring the solution is robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with both business goals and IT strategy.
You will play a key part in the UK deployment, working closely with our external implementation partner, followed by supporting subsequent international rollouts. Once the system is live, the role will evolve into ongoing ownership of the ERP platform, including release management, change control, and continuous optimisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical design, architecture, and configuration of the Infor Cloud Suite ERP solution.
- Define and deliver a secure, scalable, and fully integrated ERP environment.
- Develop, document, and enforce technical standards for development, integration, and customisation.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
- Oversee system security, performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage application environments, performance optimisation, and system monitoring.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex or critical issues.
- Support global rollout activities and maintain consistency across regions.
- Oversee post‑go‑live operations, including enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations, ideally with Infor Cloud Suite.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and technical design.
- Hands‑on experience with Dev Ops practices, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Skilled in system administration, security, and user access management.
- Familiarity with automation tools and modern Dev Ops methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) or ERP‑related qualifications.
- Knowledge of major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
