A respected organisation in Canterbury is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide expert HR advice and ensure compliance across HR activities. Key responsibilities include giving pragmatic HR support in recruitment and employee relations, leading Safer Recruitment compliance, and helping with sensitive casework. Applicants must have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and strong HR advisory experience. This is a full-time position with a salary between £35,000 and £37,000 per annum based on experience.
