Qualifications and Experience- Has a strong understanding of apprenticeships and a commitment to excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Demonstrates exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire colleagues to deliver an outstanding student experience.
- Confident in designing and delivering training for colleagues, sharing best practice, and driving quality improvement.
- Is a qualified teacher with at least two years' successful teaching experience and evidence of strong learner outcomes.
- Currently holds a recognised teaching qualification.

Role OverviewWe are seeking an Apprenticeship Teaching and Learning Innovator who is passionate about improving the quality of apprenticeship training and supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional learning experiences. In this role, you will work closely with our Apprenticeship Trainers to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment practice through coaching, mentoring, and targeted development support. Drawing on strong pedagogical knowledge and experience of apprenticeship delivery, you will help colleagues refine their practice, share effective approaches, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives across apprenticeship provision.

Hours per week: 18.5
Salary per year: £22,464
