Salary: £120 -£180 a day

Hours:

8:30-15:30 Mon-Fri

At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking passionate and dedicated KS1 Class Teachers in Ashford.

The ideal applicant will be:

A Qualified Teacher with QTS
Experienced in teaching KS1 children
Have a patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with students
Be proactive, reliable and have an adaptable attitude
Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.

Role and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing effective feedback and support
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
Maintain positive behaviour management and high classroom standard

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
