Classroom Release Teacher

Part time, fixed term, FTTE up to 0.8, start date 20/04/2026, end date 16/12/2026 (maternity leave).

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, certificated teacher. Qualified to teach the NZ curriculum, suitable for a beginning teacher.

English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts.

This position covers two maternity leave positions. The school requires a teacher/teachers to cover 0.8 FTTE beginning at the start of term 2 until the end of the 2026 school year. Applicants may apply for the whole 0.8 or part of it.

Flexibility and training in the NZ curriculum are required.
