As campus principal, you will provide visible, hands‑on leadership and be accountable for the day‑to‑day management and professional direction of the campus. You will lead the delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum through One School Global’s self‑directed learning model, ensure high standards of pastoral care, and foster a positive, inclusive school culture aligned with the organisation’s ethos, values, and guiding principles.

• Build strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community
• Provide professional and instructional leadership across Y3‑13
• Oversee campus operations, setting and managing budgets
• Ensure compliance with school policies and NZ curriculum requirements
• Create an environment where both students and staff can thrive
• A strong focus on student achievement, engagement, and wellbeing will underpin all aspects of your leadership

You are a confident, values‑driven educational leader who thrives in a small‑school environment while leveraging the strength of a large global network. You bring recent experience as a principal, deputy principal, or assistant principal within a New Zealand school. You have a proven ability to lift academic outcomes, support student wellbeing, and cultivate a positive school culture. You are passionate about innovative education and committed to continuous improvement, with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.
